2. Who Can Participate?
This program is available to Lan Pink Member members whose information is registered in the Lan Pink Tattoo system.
Members may refer:

- Previous Lan Pink Tattoo clients who return together with the member
3. Rewards for Referring a New Client
When a member refers a new client to Lan Pink Tattoo, referral points are awarded after the referred client completes their service and payment.
Reward formula:
150 fixed bonus points + 1 point for every 10,000 VND spent on the referred client’s first invoice
Example:
If the new client spends 1,000,000 VND, the referring member receives:
- 150 fixed bonus points
- 100 invoice-based points

250 reward points

5. Returning Visits With Referred Friends
Lan Pink Tattoo appreciates members who continue supporting their friends and encouraging them to return.
After a referred client completes their first visit, future visits made independently do not automatically generate additional rewards for the original referrer.
However, if the member actively invites, accompanies, assists with booking, or directly reconnects the referred client with the studio, additional referral rewards may be granted.
Current formula for returning visits with a member:
100 fixed bonus points + 1 point for every 20,000 VND spent on the returning client’s invoice
Example:
Client B was originally referred by Member A.
Later, Member A encourages Client B to return for another service worth 1,000,000 VND.
Member A receives:
- 100 fixed bonus points
- 50 invoice-based points

150 reward points

6. What Can Reward Points Be Used For?
Referral rewards are added to the member’s available point balance.
Members may redeem points for vouchers that can be used at Lan Pink Tattoo.
Current redemption rates:

Vouchers are valid only at Lan Pink Tattoo and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To receive referral rewards, the following conditions must be met:
- The referred client must provide the referrer’s information when booking or before payment.
- Rewards are granted only after the referred client completes payment.
- Each new client can be associated with only one referrer.
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
- Duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
- Lan Pink Tattoo reserves the right to verify referral information and reject rewards when details are unclear.
- Reward rates may be adjusted over time according to studio policies.
8. How to Identify a Referrer
When booking or visiting the studio, the referred client simply needs to say:
I was referred to Lan Pink Tattoo by [Referrer’s Name].
After the service is completed, Lan Pink Tattoo will verify the information and award points if all requirements are met.
