The Lan Pink Tattoo Member Program was created to maintain a long-term connection with clients who have trusted and chosen our studio. Every tattoo is more than a completed service. It is also a personal milestone, a memory, and part of the journey shared between each client and Lan Pink Tattoo.
For this reason, registration for the Lan Pink Member Program is not available publicly on the website. The studio creates a member profile after a client completes their first tattoo at Lan Pink Tattoo and successfully pays an invoice of any value. This process helps us keep member information accurate, point records transparent, and benefits properly managed.
1. Earning Member Points
When using services at Lan Pink Tattoo, members earn points based on the amount actually paid after eligible discounts have been applied.
The earning rate depends on the member’s tier at the time of payment:

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. Any remaining fraction below one point is not credited.
For example, a Gold member who pays VND 600,000 will receive:
VND 600,000 × 0.7% ÷ VND 100 = 42 points.
New points are calculated only on the amount actually paid. Any part of the invoice reduced by a voucher or member points will not earn additional points.
2. Lifetime Membership Tiers
Membership tiers at Lan Pink Tattoo are determined by each client’s long-term activity, including lifetime accumulated points and recorded spending.
Once a client reaches a new tier, that tier is retained. Using available points to reduce an invoice does not reduce lifetime accumulated points, erase spending history, or lower the member’s tier.

Available points and lifetime accumulated points are two separate values:
- Available points may be used to reduce the amount payable on an invoice.
- Lifetime accumulated points remain recorded to recognize the client’s long-term relationship with the studio and determine their membership tier.
3. Using Points Directly on an Invoice
Lan Pink Tattoo does not use a system where points are exchanged for fixed-value vouchers. Available points are instead applied directly as a discount on the invoice currently being paid.
The point redemption value is:
1 point = VND 100 discount.
Point discounts are subject to the following rules:
- The maximum point discount is 25% of the invoice value.
- The discount amount is rounded down in increments of VND 10,000.
- Members may only use points currently available in their account.
- Used points are deducted immediately after the payment is completed successfully.
- Lifetime accumulated points and membership tiers are not reduced.
- New points are calculated from the remaining amount payable after the discount.
For example, a client has 4,400 available points and is paying an invoice of VND 800,000:
- The maximum discount of 25% is VND 200,000.
- The client uses 2,000 points, equal to a VND 200,000 discount.
- The remaining amount payable is VND 600,000.
- New points are calculated from VND 600,000 according to the client’s membership tier.
Points and vouchers cannot be combined
Only one discount source may be applied to the same invoice:
- a voucher; or
- member points.
Vouchers and member points cannot be combined. When both are eligible, the system selects the discount source that provides the higher discount value for that invoice.
4. Birthday Vouchers
A birthday voucher is an annual gift available exclusively to Lan Pink Tattoo members.
The system checks the birthday saved in the member profile and automatically issues a birthday voucher according to the current policy. Each member may receive only one birthday voucher per year.

Eligibility requirement: A birthday voucher may only be used when the invoice reaches the minimum value required for the member’s tier at the time the voucher was issued.
Validity period
Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The issue date and expiration date are recorded on each voucher. After expiration, the voucher is no longer eligible for use on a new invoice.
Application rules
- Birthday vouchers are issued automatically by the system.
- Members do not need to use points to receive a birthday voucher.
- Each member may receive no more than one birthday voucher during the same calendar year.
- Vouchers apply only to services provided by Lan Pink Tattoo.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred to another member.
- Using a voucher does not reduce available member points.
- Using a voucher does not reduce lifetime accumulated points or the member’s tier.
- A voucher is marked as used only after the invoice payment has been completed successfully.
Discounts cannot be combined
A birthday voucher cannot be combined with member points, promotional vouchers, or another discount source on the same invoice.
When an invoice is eligible for multiple discounts, the system applies only the single discount source with the highest value.
After the discount is applied, the client may still pay by cash, bank transfer, or a combination of both payment methods.
5. Promotional Vouchers
In addition to birthday vouchers, Lan Pink Tattoo may issue promotional vouchers for special occasions.
Examples include:
- Returning-client offers
- Seasonal or event promotions
- Special gifts for loyal clients
- Promotions for major holidays during the year
Promotional vouchers do not deduct member points, change lifetime accumulated points, or affect membership tiers.
6. Friend Referral Rewards
In addition to points earned from their own services, Lan Pink Members may receive bonus points when they refer friends to use services at Lan Pink Tattoo.
The current referral reward is:
150 fixed bonus points + 1 point for every VND 10,000 on the referred client’s first invoice.
For example, when a referred client uses a service valued at VND 1,000,000, the referring member receives:
- 150 fixed bonus points
- 100 points calculated from the invoice
Total reward: 250 bonus points.
Lan Pink Tattoo sincerely appreciates members who introduce friends and family to the studio and continue supporting them on future visits. Referral activity and client connections may be recognized through member bonus points according to the program available at the relevant time.

7. Checking Points and Vouchers
Member profiles, available points, membership tiers, and vouchers are managed directly by Lan Pink Tattoo.
8. Important Information
Lan Pink Tattoo may adjust point earning rates, point redemption limits, or voucher eligibility requirements to reflect operating costs, materials, promotional programs, and the studio’s current policies.
Any changes will apply to the program after the published update date. They will not remove a lifetime membership tier that a client reached before the change.
