For this piece, the story began with a male international client who was traveling in Vietnam and wanted to create a meaningful parrot memorial tattoo in memory of his special companion. That companion was Gonzo, a Green Cheek Conure who had shared many meaningful moments with him. After Gonzo passed away, the client wanted a wrist tattoo that he could see every day, as a way to keep those memories and that special bond close.
